windows mail

I seem to have a problem with my windows mail. My window goes either all
black or just has the outline when I want to forward my emails.The only way
it comes back is to re-boot. Can any one tell me what to do. It is driving me
crazy.

I suggest you upgrade to the less buggy Windows Live Mail:
