Using Windows Mail I get this response below:
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Re:
Re: ', Account: 'Dish', Server: 'smtp.dishmail.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '554 <unknown[65.196.48.66]>: Client host rejected: Access denied',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I have reset everything. in properties it is all correct? I'm puzzled. It
worked fine until yesterday.

It appears that you are trying to use the Dish email server from a Verizon
network..
Is that correct?

Most ISP's no longer permit that.

If you are away from home, you can:
1. Use webmail to send....
https://signin.dishmail.net:8490/iar/iar?SOURCEID=15
2. Use the local network (Verizon) email SMTP server....
3. Get a Gmail account, and use their SMTP server to send... from anywhere.

Does your connection to that server cross from one internet provider's
equipment to another's along the way? If so, such connections to port
25 are often blocked to cause problems for spammers, and internet
providers don't always warn you when they set up such a block.
If this is the case. check with dishmail.net about whether you can
use some other port to connect to their outgoing email server.

Also, you might check here about whether your setup is right:

http://my.dishmail.net/howdoi.asp

The instructions for Outlook Express should also work under
Windows Mail, as long as they don't call for the HTTP protocol.
Note that their Outlook Express Configurator is unlikely to work
under Windows Mail, though.

Also, you might check whether your account at dishmail.net is still
valid; that error message suggests it might not be.

Yep it is a hotel and this just started when I got here. I bet thats what is
happening because when I go to the actual dish site it works.
