How do I turn off the default to windows mail when clicking a reply to email
such as in a Craigs List posting? I want to this to default to my comcast
email, not go through windows mail.

Click in the From field and select the account you want.
 
Windows Mail is a client program, I assume you mean Comcast is an account.
Don't you normally email with Windows Mail, to/from your Comcast email
account?
