I am having a problem signing up for Vista communities. When I go to tools I
can't find newsgroups anywhere. I was all set up and ended with a new
computer and everything has changed. Different guy setting it up I guess. Can
anybody help please

Click on Microsoft Communities. It's been a while since I did this, but I'm
sure it brought up a wizard. If not, click Tools | Accounts, select
Microsoft Communities and click Properties. Fill in the General tab and the
Windows Live ID tab. If you don't have a Passport/Windows Live ID select
the top option.
