No, but you can delete all the shortcuts and menu entries for it.
That would make it difficult to start except for a savvy technical
person who knows where the executable resides.

I have Vista Home Premium. I went to that site and printed it off and tried
what it said to do. My laptop could not find gpmc.msc. I don't think Group
Policy is on it. I read it is should be included in Vista. I don't have
trouble send or receiving mail. But winmail.exe is running on another program
has the popup says then there are two more popup that come up when logging
on. What should I do?
