Don't know what I did to have this happen...
But I was getting an error message when clicking on a mailto url on a web
page that the default mail client was was not installed. I finally got that
straightened out, but in the process of trying different remedies I have now
somehow disabled the "read mail" button on the IE7 tool bar. I'm guessing
that it has something to do with permissions in the registry in the mailto
entry, which I altered. Can someone tell me exactly how the permissions are
supposed to be configured...I should have backed up the registry key before
making a change but did not! Windows Mail still opens fine from my quick
launch shortcut.
Thanks,
Bob
