Windows Mail Sucks

A year ago when I bought my laptop with Windows Vista, Windows Mail worked
well. Now I can't send or receive e-mails. WTF? Any suggestions.

You problem details are a big shy (WTF).
Provide details, exact error messages help, and someone will guide you to a solution.
 
Since we can't look over your shoulder, your description of the problem will
need to be a lot more detailed.
Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
