Windows mail sucks!

Hi, I'm having big difficulties with my Windows Mail, and I'm hoping someone
can help me. When I enter Windows Mail, I can't use it for at least 30
seconds, because it has frozen. When I try to change folders in WM it takes
like 30 seconds too. I have a very good computer, so that's not the problem.

Also: When I send messages, it remains in the Outbox, and doesn't show as
sent, even though the receiver has received the mail.

Is there a update I haven't downloaded, or does everybody have this problem.
I think it is a disgrace that Microsoft can publish such a terrible bad
program!

See if this helps:

Also, how much RAM memory does your computer have? Some of the
cheaper ones come with only 512 MB, which does not seem to be enough
to run Windows Mail at full speed.

See if this relates to your problems of messages not being deleted from
the Outbox:

If these do not fix your problems, we need more details of what the
problems are to offer more help. For example, if you get any error
messages when trying to send and receive, right click on them and
copy the entire error messages to your next message. Don't expect
adding more complaints to get you help any faster.
