G Gary VanderMolen Aug 6, 2009 #2 Don't open it. Try dragging it from the message list pane to the Deleted Items folder. If that fails, drag it to the Recycle Bin.

B Bill in Ohio Aug 6, 2009 #3 I'm not sure how to get to the message list pane. When I open windows mail it goes straight to my inbox, do I need to change my settings?
