Windows Mail is locking up

When I try to print an email, or newsgroup message, the program locks up. I
can restart Windows Mail by means of the Task Manager, Does this problem
require a Windows repair via the installation disks, or is there a quicker
way?

Any help would be appreciated.

I should add that as I swap OS to XP, the system restore option is not
available to me.

Try this:
Delete that mail account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account.

If no improvement, I suggest upgrading to Windows Live Mail:

Can you print from IE? WinMail's print engine uses IE's is why I ask.
