email locks up & will not print msg

I'm using Windows Vista Home, my email locks up when attempting to print and
email and I have to end the task to clear and restart email. This only
started happening in the last week. Any assistance or advice would be greatly
appreciated.

Windows Mail uses the Internet Explorer print engine. Can you print from IE?

Frank, I can print from my user but, the email issues are happening from my wifes user and I am unable to print from her email or IE. Suggestions, we use Mozilla for our internet.
