Windows Mail hidden folder

I have modified the Windows Mail folder by deleting the contents inside and
allowed it to recreate itself when opening up Windows Mail.

Now the new folders are in a blue colour instead of the normal black colour.
How do I get it to display in black again?

Plus why a folder in my Inbox sub folder showing a (1) beside it? I copied
the contents from the (1) folder into the original folder with the same name,
but Windows Mail moved everything back into the (1) folder automatically.

Blue means the files are compressed by Windows.

The (1) means WinMail thinks the old file is corrupt and it made a new one.
