Windows Mail Freezing up?

Yes, I tend to agree with you. Incidentally, I have 11 accounts,
so you can imagine what my Folder list looks like In WLM.
Many have complained about this in the WLM newsgroup, and
MS reps have hinted that they may take another look at this design.
A simple fix would be an option to hide any folders you don't want
to see. I use a message rule to redirect all mail into a common inbox
because I don't want to search through 11 inboxes.

That said, it is not so bad for the average user who has only one
or two accounts.

Do your homework, BamTam.
Even Symantec/Norton, the originator of the antivirus mail scanning concept,
admits that it is redundant and unnecessary. For more on this see

I solved MY problem anyway, im using Outlook 2007 it works Great with
Hotmail, gmail and my other accounts and the kaspersky spam plugin for
outlook works great too. so i didnt need to compromise anything.
thanks for your suggestions and i do hope this problem gets resolved for
everyone else

IF they could make it so you only have one set of folders , like outlook
uses, and all mail goes into the same inbox it would be wonderful, i like the
whole WLM idea but all those folders is just TOO much.
