Windows mail fault code 0x800C0148

I am using windows mail. I meet problems using it. One of them is; I have
fault code like ; 0x800C0148
Does anybody know reason ?
Second one is It is very slow to move between files
This very bad mail server compare to Microsoft outlook

Please post the entire error message(s), not just the error code. As to
Microsoft Outlook, you can certainly use it on Vista. Outlook versions 2003
and 2007 are fully compatible with Vista; earlier versions will run, but
have some issues.
