Windows Mail Error

I have Vista 64 bit. If I leave Windows Mail running in the background,
after about 20 minutes I get "ERROR" on the bottom bar. I either have to
"refresh" or close Window Mail and reopen for it to get me my new messages.
Does anyone know why this ERROR is happening? I have it checked for 'check
for messages every 10 minutes'.

Double click on the error triangle in the bottom bar, it should then give
you a view of the error message?
Copy and Paste that error message back here.
