Upon receipt of my new computer I deleted the main windows mail icon,
assuming that I would not be using the program. Now it is a necessity for my
University! I am able to open the Windows mail program from link after link
on my university website, as well as in the help menu of my computer. I have
looked everywhere else inside and out of my computer to replace the icon or
any type of shortcut to the program and have had no luck. Upon calling an HP
rep, the gentleman stated that I had to do an entire system reboot. Please
help!

You mean it no longer shows up on the Start Menu?
Or on Start - All Programs?

It is located in C:\Program Files\Windows Mail\
right-click on WinMail.exe,
and select Pin to Start Menu

First look under Start, All Programs, for Windows Mail.
If it isn't there, navigate to C:\Program Files\Windows Mail.
Right-click on WinMail.exe, select Create Shortcut.
