Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail

How do I move emails that are in the inbox of Windows Live Mail to the
inbox of Windows Mail? Also in Windows Live Mail it won't let me forward or
sent any messages. I receive an error message Server Error: 553.

It helps to include the complete error message. Right-click on
your error message, copy, then paste it into your post.
