Is anybody know where to download a beta version of Longhorn ???

It is not in beta as far as I know and you won't have aceess to download
it. The only way I know of to have a build of Longhorn is if you were
at the PDC Conference or had an MSDN subscription and requested it

No, you can not download Windows Code-Name "Longhorn" unless you:
1. Were at the Professional Developers Conference 2003
2. Were at WinHEC 2004
3/ Or have access to MSDN Universal.
Other obtainment methods would be deemed illegal activity.
