"Windows Logo Testing"

every time I try to install new software updates get
following
error message. "Software you are installing has not
passed Windows Logo testing"

Have tried fixes in trouble shooter however to no avail.
Help if you can please.

Howard, what are you trying to fix? The message is just telling that the
software has not passed Microsoft's tests and consequently can not use the
Windows Logo. There's no more to this. The software will in all likelihood
work.
