IE 6 Service Pack 1 installing problem

I'm trying to re-install IE 6 Service Pack 1 due to some
browsing issues. I have Windows XP Home Edition.
Downloading the Service Pack isn't the problem, when I try
to install the program, I get this error message...
"The Software you are trying to download has not passed
Windows Logo testing to verify it's compatibility with
Windows XP. This Software will not be installed" What's
up with this??? It's a Windows Program...and what's
Windows Logo testing anyway? Help....
