Service Pack 1 for XP Home

Hello,

I've been trying for a couple of days to download and
install Service Pack 1 for XP. Due to problems with my
machine I had to reinstall the XP operating system and
I'm now trying to bring XP up to date with service pack's
etc.

When I download Service Pack 1, I get the following
message:

"Setup could not verify the integrety of the file
Update.inf. Make sure they Cryptographic service is
running on this computer."

I did search help topic and I believe that Cryptographic
service is running???

Any suggestions?
