Windows Login Domain

What is this its under (Dial Up) when I right click Properties Options. I
don't have it ticked, is that right. I also don't understand why Log on to
Windows Messenger is ticked when I don't use it.
 
If you're connecting to an ISP, you probably don't need to worry about
including login domain (this is usually used only when using remote access
with a managed network, like one at a company).
