Windows local area connection problem

For some reason in "Local Area Connection Properties" the <File and Printer
Sharing for Microsoft Networks> and <Client for Microsoft Networks> will not
stay checked off.

For instance when I put a checkmark in the check mark box of those two
items, Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) is already checked off, when I click OK I
get a message box telling me that my current selection willl disable my
current selections meaning the two things I just checked off? Is there some
way to repair/ restore the properties for my local area connection?

We have scanned your machine and you are not using a genuine copy of
Windows. You don't want to deprive Uncle Bill of his rightful revenue,
don't you?
