Windows Live Search

Hi

A few of my users have suddenly developed a problem using Windows Search

Using the search button on the tool bar to display Windows live search they
then enter their required search words

Where as before when the list of found websites was displayed in the left
hand side of the screen. On the right of the window previews of the web pages
were displayed. (The box "Show search preview right" is checked)

Now however the users get an Error on page message and the previews are not
displayed on the right side of the screen. Also none of the links displayed
work

The Error on page message is "Access Denied"

The administrator login works OK it is just the users having the problem

Interestingly if you hold the shift key down and click the link the site
opens in new window. You can also right click onto the link and select open
in a new window.

If you click onto the search page itself right click and select properties
copy the url into the address bar the preview open OK

Any ideas on how to fix this

Remove http://www.live.com from Trusted Sites in IE, if there.

Uninstall the Live Toolbar via Add/Remove in Control Panel, or by clicking
the arrow next to the Windows Live logo , pointing to Help, and then
clicking Uninstall. Reinstall.

See if any other toolbar, firewall, or "security" program is interfering
with WLT.

Hi

There is no Live toolbar installed on the PC. It is justthat Live search
which is being used.
