windows live downloaded but..

the short wont come up and i need the video for our navy son.
can u help?
 
Just a guess here but assuming this is similar to the problems with Adobe
flash that others have experienced with YouTube videos, you'll need to fix
the installation of flash.

Download the standalone version of Flash Player from here:

[install_flash_active_x.msi]

Then right-click on the file and select "Run as administrator".
