I'm running W2K Sp3 and while typing, say an email, the
start button will begin to flash as if it's being pressed
several times in a row, even though it was not pressed.
When it finally stops, if I hit the "U" key alone the
system brings up the Utility Manager. This is really
annoying. Any suggestions???
