Turning off utility manager "u" shortcut key Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

utility manager starts up each time I press the "u" key.
how can I turn this feature off? Please help!!!

Is one of your Windows logo keys jammed down or something? Win+U will bring
up the utility manager, but just the U itself shouldn't.
