Beginnning dump of physical memory

This is what my computer flashes in a blue screen and windows will
start and reboot. I used a camera to take a short video and paused it
to see what it said. I am mildly good with computers I believe. I just
want to know the direction to go to solve this problem. I do understand
its telling me where the problem is I just want to trouble shoot it
properly and gain some expierence instead of wiping windows out and
reinstalling or just repairing windows and not understanding why. Could
someone with more knowledge then me enlighten me. What can I use of the
windows disk to fix it. Can I use the repair console or should I just
hit repair windows when the boot disk loads. Or can I just reinstall
the windows file and leave everything else in tack. Those are my
initial thoughts I just don't know where to go.

Thanks in advance for any guidance

'long winded' it seems.

I think I would try and do a 'scan disc' in hard drive properties
clicking Check & Repair System Error box, note ticking the bo
marked Check for bad Segments checks the entire hard drive and wil
take a considerable time, it is the Check and Repair System Error
that I would try first, or try 'Use last Good Configuration Tha
Worked' in safe mode first, whether it'll save a lot of hassle
can't say

Thanks I ran the commands in the recovery console using a batch file
and it worked. The step 3 messed it up again but by just using the step
one it appears to work fine at the moment
