Windows keeps crashing, HELP ME IM DESPERATE

Im running a matsonic ms8137c+ motherboard with an amd
athlon 2000xp processor 512ddr ram, radeon 7500le
graphics, sound blaster 5.1 digital. i have downloaded
new bios and drivers for everything but when windows has
been running, cant say how long as it varies, but it will
crash and reset itself then get as far as saying dmi pool
data and reset itself constantly untill i reinstall
windows but then its just a matter of time till it does
it again. help me

Nothing to do with windows as windows boots after DMI POOL DATA

You may have some sort of hardware fault

Can you confirm that your pc wont boot again unless windows as been reinstall ???

If i were to guess i would say some sort of over heating problem possible CPU fan your PSU Fan as your probs seen to be random.

I am not an expert but I had similiar problems when I
tried to install XP and it kept freezing in the same spot
on setup. When I finally was able to install it, the
computer still kept freezing up. Through trial and error
I found out that 1 of my 3 sticks of RAM was
incompatible with the others, even though Windows ME
could load with 3 sticks in. Good Luck
