windows + iTunes 7

Everytime i turn on my PC I get this window telling me that windows has
recovered from a serious error. The last blue screen I got was almost a week
ago. I have done system retore to pre iTunes 7 and i continue to get this
error. iTunes 7 is the only recent change to my computer(which is almost 5
yrs old) Is it my computer, Windows, or iTunes??
