Windows Internet Unspecified Error Message using Music Choice Web

I am trying to figure out why? I receive an unspecified error message when I
try to listen to music audio on Music Choice they seem to be aware of the
problem
yet offer no solution other than to go to Micorsoft for a solution? This
problem
seems to be isolated to my desk top which runs on the Windows XP platform.

I can watch their videos just fine I just can't open up the music channels
they just continously show downloading then the error message kicks in.
