downloading music errors messages

Downloading music files;
I downloaded a some music I purchased from Walmart and also
free downloads from Amazon with no problems. All of a
sudden I can't download and now get the following error
message:

C:\DOCUME~1\RENIES~\1LOCALS~\1TEMP\gr0w0obo, could not be
saved, because the source file could not be read. Try
again later or contact the service adminstrator.

I was told by a friend who works at Circuit City it appears
to be a WINDOWS XP problem.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE or direct me to someone who can.
It would be nice is all I need to do is download a fix to
the problem.

i have problems with downloading.it always showes one error.pls help me that how can i download songs
