Hi Carey, I have a minor follow-up if you don't mind. The Windows Installer
IS working but I need to to access it by clicking on Start-My Computer and
the opening the CD/DVD Drive. Normally (at least in the past), when I placed
a program in the CD/DVD Drive, Windows Installer would automatically appear.
This is a very minor glitch but if there is a quick fix (repair something
that might be corrupt), please advise. Thank you again for your support,
Bob

Click on the Start button and type: Default in the Start Search box. When the
Default Programs icon appears at the top of the Start Menu, click on it to open.

Click on "Change the AutoPlay Settings" and place a check next to
"Use AutoPlay for all media and devices" and click Save.
