windows installer

was trying to install Nero 7, but error keeps popping up that says windows
installer has stopped working and must close. went to remove programs to
remove the components of nero that went through, and i keep getting the same
error. now i can't remove the installed parts nor can i complete the
installation. Any suggestions?

well when somethin like that happens 2 me i usually use system restore to
kill the doubt
