How can someone re-install Windows Installer v3 offline? I don't have
internet at home and therefore need to re-install from a redistributable of
this package.

I'm hoping this would resolve my MySQL InstallShield problem. Also happens
with other InstallShield based programs that error at 100% of the install
process.

Is that Fix #94 for the latest version of Windows Installer (3.x) or for the
older 2.x that came with XP?

Just wondering, thanks.
