Hay,

Problem . just reinstalled the system .. did all of the
windows updates , now i cannot install anymore programs

I get a message here it is .

The window installer service could be accessed.
This can occure if you are running window in safe mode
or if the windows installer is not correctly installed .
contact your support personnel for assistance


Need A little help .. tried to uninstall the program :
msicuu.exe .. then tried to use the instmsiw installer ..
no hope ..

I think the articles have helped others in the past.

What exactly did you do to get into this situation (which
OS / service pack did you start with, which did you
upgrade to)?

It appears to be a common recurring theme and I wonder why
MS hasn't acknowledged the problem and fixed it.

Please check on Services the windows installer you will
find it stoped so start it , also you have to start the
service RPC . good luck
