I am unable to install anything onto the server since
upgrading to Windows installer 2. I get the following
error message: <<The Windows Installer Service could not
be accessed. This can occur if you are running windows in
safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctlt
installed.>>

It is not running in safe mode,and if i try to reinstall
the installer I get a message to say the service is
already exists.
