Windows Installer problem

When I move files using Windows Explorer, Windows
Installer executes and tries to install Roxio's Easy CD
Creator. It then gives me an error message "The feature
you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable." It's looking for the installer package
ECDC6.msi. I can cancel out of it, but it's pretty
annoying.
I'm using XP with SP2, 1.4ghz Gateway laptop.

Use the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility to remove the Roxio installer.
