Windows Installer problem

Every time I turn on my computer Windows Installer starts to install one
Photo Gallery set up, which I have to cancel, cause I don't have those set
up-cd's for the digi-camera anymore. I've had this problem for one year now
and it's frustrating.. Is there any way how I can stop it (without the set
up-cd's) ?

Today I installed the latest version of Windows Installer from MS pages, but
it didn't stop/solve the problem
