Windows installer glitch on drag copy/move & copy/paste

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help when ever i copy something in
windows indows istaller pops up and trys to install/ubinstall something
i have to cancel every time and its starting to get anoying.

I had exactly the same problem, but with ScanSoft Create3 trying to install
when I right clicked and wanted do anything. It was very frustrating and my
problem was solved with Windows Installer Cleanup Utility at

About half-way down the page you download it.

But first you might check if the issue persists in Clean Boot, if not a
different problem, but if so: Download the Windows Installer Cleanup
Utility. Double click the file and install the Windows Installer Cleanup
Utility. Click Start, click All Programs, and then select this utility from
the list. Remove all the applications which are related to (whatever it is
trying to install) that's on the list. Restart the computer and check if the
issue still occurs.
