my windows installer is either corrupt or missing leaving me unable to

Hello There,
This happened to me once before, try re-installing windows installer by
downloading and installing the following package:
http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/wininstallnt.html this should
overwrite any corrupted windows installer files, and you dont require
windows installer to install it
