Windows install on a laptop

I want to install Win2K on my laptop but the cd rom is
busted. Is there any way to install it without the CD? Is
there away to transfer the CD to floppy?

No, you need to fix your CD-Rom.
Win2K, in its un-install sate is 325 mb. A floppy can hold
1.44 mb... You will need 225 floppy disk! and alot of
time!!
