I really need some help understanding this one. The
Windows Image Aquistion Service causes "Windows Explorer"
to constantly show that stupid flashlite waving back and
forth, for 3-4 minutes.... then the drive contents are
finally showed. If I set the WIA service to "dis-abled"
(not set to manual or automatic) the drive contents are
immediately displayed. I think that is a chronic issue
that has plagued many users. I found this solution
reserching the various "help" message boards

Come on folks lets fix this deal...

James;
Windows Image Acquisition Service
[Used for some scanners, web cams, and cameras. If, after disabling
this service, your scanner or camera fails to function properly, enable
this service by placing it into automatic.]
If you don't have any of these, disable WIA. Disable any Services you don't
need. I think you can see why.
