When i try to send an email to some internet "contact us" link, it don't
work. a couple windows come up- i write my message, add my name and then my
email, which is hotmail. then it says it doesn't support hotmail, but aren't
wndows live and hotmail linked somehow, is it a default email prob. or what?
help please

It's a default email problem.
If you don't want to use a desktop email program, and you just want to use the
web interface for Hotmail, do this fix:

That fix has worked for everyone else who tried it.
Describe the steps you took, and any error messages.
"Computers suck" is not a very helpful problem description.

It may be trying to use Windows Mail instead, which doesn't support
Hotmail, or you may not have set up a Hotmail account in Windows
Live Mail, or you may be confusing Windows Live Mail with some
other program in the Windows Live family.
