Windows hangs at login

I was not sure which area to post this in.

When I type in my username and password to log into the
computer, it starts to log in, gets as far as the wall
paper loading then freezes!

I can log in using Safe Mode and I was able to get these
errors:

Can someone please help? Why cant I login and how do I fix
it?!?! Thanks

Here is some more info on the problem.

I have found that while I am logged in under safe mode, I
continue to get the same errors over and over again, even
while the computer is operating allright in safe mode. if
this helps.
