Windows Hangs after log in

How do i trouble shoot

The system will come up in "Debug" mode but I don't have any idea how to debug it

It's a Dell Poweredge 300 and Dell is absolutely NO help

A good starting point for all help would be
for your to compose a precise and complete
problem report. Neither Dell nor this newsgroup
can help you unless you say exactly what's going
on, e.g.
- Recent history of PC (hardware, software).
- Where exactly does the machine get to?
- What do you mean with "Debug mode"?
- Does the keyboard work (e.g. the CapsLock light)?
- Does the mouse work?
- Does Ctrl+Alt+Del work?
- Have you tried Safe Mode?
- Have you tried "Last Known Good Configuration"?
