Windows Firewall

Does someone have a program I could use to check if my firewall is
secure and
leak proof.

I have a firewall from TrendMicro PCCillin and a since SP2 I have the
Windows Firewall.
I have tried to do duplicate 'exceptions' on each but I have a feeling
this is overkill and that I only need one of them.
I'd like to do trial and error tests to prove that they both work
together or that one or the other is better.

Having two software firewalls in place can actually lower you level of
security as they will conflict with each other. You should pick the firewall
you prefer and disable/uninstall the other one.
