I play alot of internet games. When I host a games, others cannot find my
server. Is there more exceptions that need to be turned on in firewall
settings, such as peer to peer collaboration, ect? Also, Do I need to add the
ports for the game into the exceptios? I am using a router with the ports
open thru it, and my games exe. is checked in the exceptions tab.

Usually when you host, you need to put the hosting computer in the DMZ
(which means it is unprotected) OR assign it a static IP and do port
forwarding for games that require specific TCP/UDP ports. All of these
actions except for assigning the static IP are done on the router, not
the operating system. Refer to your router manual for details.
