Windows Firewall Settings button won't work

Under Local Area Connections Properties, Advanced tab, there is the settings
button. When I press this nothing happens. There is no error, just nothing
happens. The windows firewall control panel is in the image and it is
accessible from the windows control panel. Windows Firewall/Internet
Connection Sharing and Windows Firewall Contro Panel are in the image with
dependencies autoresolved. Does anyone have any ideas? All the registry
settings seem to be there. Have a nice day.

The file needed is control.exe, which is in the component Control Panel
Command Line Support, which is a dependency of Security Center.
