Windows firewall now will not start

After intalling the antispyware the windows firewall won't
start., the ics service don't start in the event log says:

Event Id 7023
The Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
service terminated with the following error:
An address incompatible with the requested protocol was
used.
